The site admin: While many people have contributed to the construction and production of this site, the site admin is Mark Cracco. Mark, along with his wife, has owned a retail game store in South Bend, IN since 1995.  Most of the lessons learned have been though trial and error and to this day, Mark relies on fellow game store owners to drive the thought process involved with continually trying to improve the quality of the business of selling games.
